How It Works
Working in partnership with Pauchet Sante Group, each surgery is performed by highly skilled, experienced surgeons, prioritising your safety and ultimate satisfaction. Your surgical journey, fully organised by Elite Surgery Abroad, is complete in 5 concise steps:

Step 1.
Your journey begins with the first time you speak to a member of our team. During initial contact, you will be invited to come to our office or join us via a virtual call for a confidential and in-depth conversation. This will be a thorough discussion where we work to clearly understand your needs.

Once we have received a response from the medical specialists, we will then invite you to your first consultation with your doctor. During this, all relevant information needed from both sides will be provided. We aim to have this organised within 48 hours of initial consultation.

Step 3.
Choosing Your Care Package

Following the discussion with your doctor, our team will propose a pathway of care that is most suitable for your needs and budget. We offer three different levels of complete packages, and each can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

ESA will organise your travel to France 2 or 3 days before your surgery, giving you time to meet with the doctor and undergo any further examinations, if necessary.

Your accommodation, a modern apartment consisting of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and basic kitchen facilities, will be provided for the duration of your stay. Depending on your chosen package, you will also be able to have a companion travel and stay with you, all included in the price.

Step 4.
On the day of your surgery, we will organise your transport to the hospital, where you will enjoy the comfort of a private room. With everything in place, you will then undergo your chosen surgery.
After your surgery, you will have a minimum number of day(s) stay at the hospital which will depend on which surgery you have had. You will be in a private room and, if you have decided to bring one, your travel companion will stay with you. Should you need physiotherapy following your surgery, this will be included in your package as one session per day.

Step 5.
For each surgery, there is a mandatory minimum number of day(s) recovery and a recommended number of day(s) recovery, this will depend on the surgery you have undergone.
This stay will be in all-inclusive accommodation for you and your travel companion and, if necessary, will include a daily physiotherapy session and nurse visit.
When your initial recovery period is done, ESA will organise your travel back home. Depending on your care package and the nature of your surgery, you will also be provided with the medicine you need for your further recovery.
Within each package, we provide a 6-month aftercare programme – this will be in person for the Glasgow and London areas and virtual for all other areas. You will have weekly consultations for the first month after your surgery, followed by monthly consultations from then on.
